Our goal at Pebbling

Caring for the mind isn’t something that ends quickly it’s a lifelong journey that grows with you. Since no one can be with us every moment, we all need the strength to care for ourselves.

Pebbling was born from personal experience our creator has lived with ADHD and long periods of depression, exploring many ways to protect the mind. Through that journey came one clear insight: there are many good methods, but staying consistent is the hardest part.

That’s why Pebbling is designed to make mental care a gentle part of everyday life. We’ll keep adding features that help you continue this practice, slowly and steadily, for the long run.
